About This Site
This site exists because Subway information in the UK is scattered. Prices are not published centrally, hours differ store by store, nutrition sits in a PDF, and the menu itself changes without announcement. Finding out what a sub costs and how many calories it carries should not take four tabs.
So we built one place for it: every item with its price and nutrition, every open UK store with its own hours, and tools that answer the questions people actually have. This page explains where the data comes from, how often it changes, and what we are not.
What We Do
Four jobs, and we try to do each one properly rather than all of them thinly.
Menu and prices
Every item on the UK menu with its collection price, refreshed on a weekly rebuild. Prices are the thing Subway publishes least and people search for most.
Stores and hours
Every open UK store with its own address, phone number and seven day schedule, organised by county and town. Not a typical schedule copied across all of them.
Nutrition
Official UK nutrition panels where Subway publishes them, in a calculator that totals a whole meal against reference intakes rather than one item at a time.
Tools
A nutrition calculator, a weekly meal planner, an opening times page and a store locator. Built because the questions kept repeating.
How We Get Our Data
The methodology, in full, because a site about numbers should say where its numbers come from.
- 1
Prices come from a reference store's collection menu
Subway UK does not publish prices centrally, and its franchises set their own. We read one reference store's collection menu, because collection is the lower and cleaner figure: delivery menus carry a markup that varies by app. This is why we describe prices as a close guide rather than a guarantee.
- 2
Nutrition comes from Subway's official UK data
Not from estimates and not from other sites. 72 of 143 items publish a full panel. 62 publish calories only, and for those we show calories and leave the rest blank rather than filling gaps with plausible numbers.
- 3
Store data comes from Subway's own store directory
Addresses, phone numbers, coordinates and per store opening hours, for the 1,808 stores currently listed as open and operating. Permanently closed stores are excluded.
- 4
Everything rebuilds weekly
The site regenerates on a schedule, re-reading prices, hours and nutrition. That is what the "Updated" date on each page means: the date that page's data was last regenerated, not the date someone typed something.
- 5
Where we do not have data, we say so
Blank cells mean not published, never zero. Sections with no data are omitted rather than filled. We do not publish an allergen table, because allergens depend on choices made at the counter and a wrong allergen table is worse than none.
What We Are Not
Independent site. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Subway or Subway IP LLC. We are an independent information site. Subway, the Subway logo and all related marks are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to identify the products being described. We do not take orders, handle payments, manage bookings, or deal with complaints about a meal or a store. For anything official — an order problem, a franchise enquiry, a complaint, or the authoritative allergen chart — go to Subway's own UK site.
Who Runs This
SubwayMenuNearMe.uk is run by a small independent editorial operation that maintains menu information sites for UK high street brands. The work is mostly unglamorous: reading published data, checking figures against their sources, and rebuilding when they change.
This site does not carry a personal byline, and that is a deliberate choice rather than an omission. A made up name, a stock photo and a fictional ten years of experience is the standard trick on sites like this one, and it is worth less than an honest blank. What we publish instead is the working: where each figure came from, when it was last checked, and what we do not know.
What we will say is how we work. Nothing on this site is written without the data in front of it. Every price, calorie count and store detail traces to a source we can point at. Claims that cannot be supported get cut, even the ones that would read well.
Corrections
Data changes and mistakes happen. If a price is wrong, a store has closed, or hours have changed, tell us and we will fix it. Corrections are the fastest way this site gets better, and every page carries a report link for exactly this reason.

No. Independent site. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Subway or Subway IP LLC. For official matters use Subway's own UK site.
They come from a reference UK store's collection menu and refresh weekly. Because Subway franchises set their own prices, expect small differences in your own branch. We describe them as a close guide rather than a guarantee for that reason.
It rebuilds weekly, re-reading prices, hours and nutrition data. The "Updated" date on a page is when that page's data was last regenerated.
No. We publish information only. Ordering happens through Subway's own app or in store, and delivery through Uber Eats, Just Eat or Deliveroo.
An independent editorial operation, working from published data rather than memory. There is no personal byline on this site by choice: we would rather show nothing than a fabricated author with a stock photo. Every page instead shows the date its figures were checked, and the contact page exists so errors can be reported and fixed.
Use the contact page, or the report link on the page carrying the mistake. Corrections get priority over everything else in the inbox.
