These terms cover using this site. The important one is the second card below: everything here is information, and prices, hours and nutrition vary by store, so verify anything that matters before you rely on it.
The rest is short and readable on purpose. A wall of clauses nobody reads protects nobody.

Information only
This is a reference site. We do not sell food, take orders, take payment, or act for any Subway store. Nothing here is an offer of anything.
Verify before you rely
Prices, opening hours and nutrition figures vary by store and change without notice. If a decision depends on one, confirm it with the store or with Subway directly.
Not Subway
Independent site. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Subway or Subway IP LLC. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify what is being described.
Accuracy of Prices, Hours and Nutrition
Prices on this site come from a reference UK store's collection menu. Subway UK stores are franchises and set their own prices, so the figure you see in store can differ. Delivery apps generally charge more again. We publish collection prices and say so, but we cannot promise your branch matches.
Opening hours come from Subway's own store directory and are per store, not a national schedule. They change, sometimes at short notice and sometimes temporarily. The hours shown are the last ones we read, not a commitment by any store to open at that time.
Nutrition comes from Subway's official UK data and describes a standard build. What you actually order changes it: bread, cheese, sauce and extras all move the figures. Where a value is not published we leave it blank rather than estimating, and blank means unknown rather than zero.
Allergen information is deliberately not reproduced here. For an allergy, the only source that accounts for your specific build is Subway itself. Our allergen guide explains how to get that answer.
Acceptable Use
Use the site for personal, non commercial reference. You may quote or link to a page with attribution. What you may not do is scrape the site wholesale, republish the data as your own, or use automated tools that degrade the service for other people.
The compiled data, the writing, the tools and the layout are ours. The underlying facts about Subway's menu are not ours and never could be, but the work of collecting, checking and presenting them is.
Comments You Post
Comments publish immediately and are public. By posting one you confirm it is your own words and you grant us the right to display it on this site, including in the page's structured data so it is visible to search engines.
We may remove any comment, without notice, if it is spam, abusive, unlawful, impersonates someone, or exists to promote something. We are not obliged to explain a removal, though we usually will if asked.
Comments are opinions of the people who wrote them. A comment appearing here is not a statement by us or by Subway, and we do not verify claims made in one.
Liability and Links
The site is provided as is. We put real effort into accuracy, and the methodology is set out on the about page, but we do not warrant that everything is correct or current at the moment you read it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the information here. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
We link out to Subway and to third party services such as delivery apps. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies and we do not control what they do. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a provision turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Effective Date
These terms are effective from 28 May 2026. If they change materially, the date changes with them. Questions about any of it go to the contact page.
