Subway Delivery

Subway UK delivers through three third party apps rather than running its own service, and which ones cover you depends entirely on your nearest store. Coverage is genuinely uneven: across the 1,808 stores we track, the three services reach very different numbers of them.

This page compares them on the things that actually differ, and is straight about one point most delivery pages skip: the menu price itself is usually higher on a delivery app before any fee is added.

Which Delivery Apps Cover Subway UK

Counted from store records, so this is coverage rather than marketing. A store often appears on more than one service.

What Delivery Actually Costs

Three costs stack up, and only one of them is the delivery fee.

The menu price is higher

Delivery menus generally carry a markup over the in store price before any fee. Every price on this site is a collection price for that reason: it is the lower, cleaner figure to compare against.

Then the fees

Delivery fee, service fee and often a small order fee. On a single sub these can approach the price of the sub itself, which is why delivery makes far more sense for a group order.

And no Rewards points

Third party apps do not feed Subway Rewards, so a delivery order costs more and earns nothing. Ordering ahead in Subway's own app and collecting avoids both.

Getting the Best Version of a Subway Delivery

  1. 1

Check which apps your store is on

Coverage varies branch by branch. Find your store in the locator and the page lists the services that branch offers.

  2. 2

Order for more than one person

Fees are largely fixed rather than per item, so they hurt least spread across a group order. A single six inch is the worst case for delivery economics.

  3. 3

    Avoid the sauce heavy builds

Marinara and creamy sauces travel worst. Toasted subs also lose their crust in a sealed bag; cold cut subs and salads hold up best.

  4. 4

    Compare against collection first

If the store is close, ordering ahead in Subway's app and walking in skips the markup, the fees and the wait, and keeps your points.

Why Our Prices Are Collection Prices

Every price on this site comes from a reference UK store's collection menu. That is a deliberate choice. Delivery menus vary by service and carry a markup, so quoting them would mean publishing a number that is higher than what most people pay and different on each app.

It also means the figures here are the right baseline for a comparison. If you see a sub at £6.49+ on this site and £2 more on a delivery app, that gap is the markup, before the fees at checkout. Knowing the collection price is what lets you see it.

0 of the 1,808 stores we track support ordering online in some form, and 421 are flagged for mobile ordering specifically, which is the route that keeps the collection price and the Rewards points.

Usually yes, in two ways. The menu price itself tends to be higher than in store, and then delivery, service and small order fees are added at checkout. Prices on this site are collection prices, which is the lower figure to compare against.

Uber Eats, with 1,062 of the 1,808 stores we track, ahead of Just Eat on 998 and Deliveroo on 866. Many stores appear on more than one.

Yes, and it is generally the best value route: you keep the collection price, you skip the fees, and you still earn Rewards points. 0 of the stores we track support online ordering in some form.

Sauce heavy builds, particularly Meatball Marinara, and anything toasted. A sealed bag steams the crust. Cold cut subs, wraps and salads arrive closest to how they left.

Not through third party apps. Points come from in store purchases and orders placed in Subway's own app, so a delivery order costs more and earns nothing.
